“THAT TREE”

Absorbing the slush and mud, I felt
Beautiful flowers bloom up till the sky,
I derive my nutrition from my roots,
I am the substance of the heal thy flowers

Burning sun turns the earth barren,
It sucks water from the small plants,
At the time I spread greenery,
I fight with the flames of the sun,
and spread calm and relaxing shade.

Throughout dawn I stand alone uncovered,
I give everything that I can offer.
Even during the deep darkness,
I stay by every single person who needs me.

Neither am I a great personality nor small,
Nor do I have a life of my own.
Neither am I harmful to someone,
Nor do I expect anything in return

I provide everything that is necessary,
Give, giving, given, One day I will be dead
I am a fragrance that will remain even when
I am no more,
Unlike you who will die and the stink of your death
will remain lingering around
forever and ever
