JOY OF HAPPINESS: 1ST PLACE CREATIVE WRITING

                                            

Look out through the window of pain,

Into the greener Pasture of Life,

For what God is given is a pathway,

Into the Unknowns of life.

Look into the world,

Where the oceans roar at its night.

Calmly I stand at the Beach,

And feel the waves hit Me light.

Lost inside My consciousness,

Lost in the happiness of Light.

My eyes spread a tear,

Thinking of the joy of Happiness in life.

The silent wind that blows into the Darkness of the Night

Enlightened My life,

For I have found happiness,

In the small things of life.

Far above the cloudy Mountains,

That strike with its Height.

For Nature is at its Beauty,

The Soberness of a Happy Sight.

I look at Myself and learn the secret of Life.

For the secret lies within ourselves,

to find the happiness of life.
