The picture depicts a lonely, innocent, infant animal curled up tightly on the only support it has got- a hand of a human. The infant’s eyes reflect its craving for mother’s love, probably which it is deprived of. In fact it can be related to human emotions too.
It can be a child hunting for care; a woman or a young girl holding tight, afraid to let go from the fear of exploitation by the evil and selfish world; maybe an old man or woman disowned by their own off springs who have seen cruelty and now saturated, unable to bear pain, hold on to some noble heart.
The creature showcases helplessness, innocence and a hunger for protection, true love and care that many are deprived of, in the modern age. It depicts the craving for a home. A home which very few are blessed with; very few are blessed with a secured life.
